Within 300 meters of the apartment, there are Laoguang Tea Restaurant, Chaoshan Beef Hotpot Restaurant and Wonton noodles time-honored brands that have been open for more than ten years. You can have authentic shrimp dumplings and Congee when you go downstairs in the morning. You don't need to take a taxi to find online stores. Walking 1 kilometer south is the Tianhe Sports Center, and the surrounding Taikoo Hui and Tianhe City commercial districts can be reached within a 15 minute walk. If you want to go shopping or have dinner with friends, just take a leisurely walk there.
During leisure time, it takes only 10 minutes to walk from the apartment to the Tianhe Sports Center runway. After the evening meeting, if you want to exercise and relax, there is no need to specifically find a gym. The surrounding living facilities are also particularly mature, with 24-hour convenience stores, chain pharmacies, and graphic printing shops just a few steps away. If there is a temporary shortage of office stationery and a bottle of water, it can be completed in just two minutes downstairs.
